Tips to grow your nails long and strong
1.Aloe Vera
If your nails or cuticles are cracked or dry, soak them in pure aloe vera juice. Pour aloe vera juice into a small bowl. Dip your hands in the juice so that the fingernails are submerged. Let your nails soak for 5 to 10 minutes.

2.Coconut oil
If your nails or cuticles are cracked or dry, Mix hot water and coconut oil, dip your hands in it for 5–10 minutes, and dry. Then rinse your hands with cold water.

Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil in 1 glass of orange juice and wash your hand with cold water

•Soak fingernails at night in 1 part lemon juice and 3 parts olive oil. Soak for five to 10 minutes and then cover hands with a pair of cotton gloves. Leave the gloves on overnight

Mix together 1/4 cup of olive oil with the juice of half a lemon. Remove any residual nail polish or false nails before you begin. Dip your nails into the mixture for about 10 minutes.
